Solstice thoughts

I lit a candle in honor of the (eventual) return of the light.  It wasn't particularly mindful, not in the way I would like to observe this sort of thing.  I have just been so tired lately, which I'm sure the time of year has absolutely nothing to do with.  Today after work was inexplicably melancholy, and I was not in a head space to do anything more complicated. 

At some point I need to get back to making things.  I'm going to massively fail my goal of the past year, but at least I made progress on it by completing some Noema cards.  I suppose I will probably just keep the same goal for next year as well.
