We bought a house.  Yey.  Very glad to have that accomplished.  Also more exhausted than I can explain; have been doing work on the house basically every hour I'm not at work since Thursday.  So sore.  So very very sore.  Am using all the muscles, most of which do not want to be used.

So, yeah.  This is basically eating my life at least until all the things are painted (the ceiling fans are mostly sorted, though I can't take much of the credit for that one).

I can sympathize. The nice thing is that while there will always be home improvement projects you can do, the initial burst will die down in a little while.

I feel you. I remember when I was patching cracks in the living room (I still have nightmares about sanding plaster). But as kilroy says, the must-dos taper off. And yay, house!
