Jun. 7th, 2006 04:39 pmHad a not-so-fun night....dragged myself out of some vaguely-Silent-Hill-related nightmare around 3 in the morning, and desperately clung in abject terror to reality so as not to fall back in again. Eventually I got ahold of myself enough to slip into prayer, which calmed me immensely. It still took about twenty or thirty minutes until I was able forget about the nightmare enough to let myself sleep without bringing it back in my mind, though...
And of course I spent the first half of the day in utter agony, as my back and tummy decided to gang up in their efforts to reduce me to a puddle of quivering pain. (Here's to Aleve, by the way) But at least the worst is over now, and I can look forward to work tomorrow without the added distraction of my insides trying to turn inside-out.
On a side note, those Nestle Treasures (I have the kind with the peanut butter inside) are far too delicious for their own good.
Well, time to go grocery shopping...I hope to actually be full after dinner tonight. Perhaps it will happen. ; }
