So mentally exhausted...I got the picture over to the art building alright, thankfully (garbage bags = lifesavers). And I think my drawing critique went passably. Connie even mentioned that I'm probably in the top 5% of figure draftspersons she's seen. Which is a pleasant thing to hear, although I suppose my own evaluation of my skills is not that generous. I have so far to go yet...and there's the added part of not knowing my direction in terms of subject matter. Truly, I think that any artist who is satisfied with their skills is not being honest with themselves. We're never perfect...I know I shall always have more to learn, more to tweak and polish.
Oh, and as for art history?
I have no clue. @__@
I think I did quite well on the first section (what is essentially a regular test), but I'd gotten so scatterbrained by the time it came 'round to the cumulative essay portion. Well, I shall see. Nothing can be changed now that it's over in any case.
I shall go rest now and let my brain unscramble, I think. Perhaps I'll take a nap after dinner as well.
