korafoxI had the strangest dream last night...I had found the wolf who was my mother, and my class for the day consisted of finding these small crystals in a semi-underwater area. We had to find whichever gem the teacher specified...I remember being disappointed because I found the aquamarine crystal five seconds after she called time. X[
Yes, I know, I have the oddest dreams. I wonder if any of that had to do with pre-finals stress, though. I have my painting final in about an hour (easy as delicious delicious pie) but I'll be studying most of the day for the real challenge of the week: my art history exam, tomorrow at 3.
I haven't mentioned that I found a job for the summer, have I? I'll be working at the school library all summer, and thus staying on campus. I should have a very interesting time of it. I don't think I've yet had a summer where I had to be up early every day and yet had copious amounts of creative-time later in the day. I'll make a pact to work on much art-stuffs in my free time.
There was much fun at d&d this friday, including events which rattled dearest Kilian's faith in the church. O, hypocrisy! The great betrayal. Suffice it to say that we have reason to believe the church has been using arcane spellcasters clandestinely despite their public condemnation of the craft. But we shall see how it goes. Oh, and a sharpshooter put an arrow through a man's head right in front of my poor Kilian...very traumatizing all around. I still wish our DM had chosen to have him target my character instead (it would most likely not have killed him, and the other man would still be alive).
It is time for me to get ready for my painting final....here's to academia. *tired cheering and a wolfing-down of a granola bar*
