My google-fu is not quite good enough to determine the answer, but I wonder if any anti-gay groups ever got up in arms about Darkwing Duck. No, seriously. Just think about it for a minute. Darkwing's a "single dad", right? Adopted Gosalyn? And his "sidekick" lives with them? The two of them have nicknames for one another that no one else uses (DW, LP)? Oh, I totally see it. Darkwing and Launchpad, OTP. XD Actually, I think there's enough canon evidence there that when they wrote in Morgana I couldn't help but boo her (despite being voiced by the lovely Kath Soucie, check her out because she has done so many awesome voices (case in point, Princess Sally :D)). So anyway, even if my fangirl slash senses happen to be off, I still give out props for Darkwing because he's one of the few TV dads who is actually represented well.
Now if they could just release the rest of it on DVD. *grr.*
