Hm....I feel all in a turmoil this week (so far, at least). I can hardly believe it is only Tuesday afternoon...
The college democrats were having a trip to see Donna Brazille, who worked on the Clinton campaign, but when we got to the lecture (forty-five minutes from campus), we found out her flight had been cancelled. Too bad, I suppose. At least getting back early meant I could finish my Kant paper and watch the Daily Show. And we did have a good time on the drive; I got to know some of the other girls better.
Today...makes me feel like a fraud. T.T Apparently, Miles thinks I actually have direction in my work. Hah! I am just winging it, as usual....but maybe I'll be able to find something I like.
Oh, and then we got an email from the Gaming Club advisor about how shoddily the club is being run. Here is a quote: "Advertisements for Open Gaming Night are done haphazardly, if at all."
Now, I spend about an hour or so every two weeks making those advertisements and going around posting them. I've been doing this ever since the former Secretary realized she couldn't make the time commitment and the position got dumped/handed down to me. It really stings, that our club advisor is unaware of this, that he hasn't seen any of the advertisements (which have been posted on time, without a single one missed). I know I shouldn't feel sore at him since he probably just doesn't walk around where the students do (which is obviously where they are all posted). But it really makes me feel inadequate, when I know that I have worked hard to do a job that I never even really applied for.

Time to go get in line at the blood drive. I shall try to be calm, so that I don't nearly pass out like I did last time. It was so embarrassing, and they gave me a t-shirt anyway though I didn't get to donate...
