If this wasn't so sad, it'd be hilarious. Watching Washington Journal on C-Span, they have on Republican Rep. Mike Rogers from MIchigan. He's talking about that judge's decision that the NSA wiretapping program is unconstitutional.
Here's what cracks me up: he says she didn't have enough information to make a decision like this! She was only going on 30-some public statements about it! She couldn't have made an informed decision! (paraphrased)
Probably this guy was in the camp of "onoes, we mustn't tell you *anything* about the program because it could ruin national security" camp as this case was going on. You know, the ones who wanted to scrap the case so they wouldn't have to cough up information about it.
I hate talking points so much. -__-
